Terms of Service

Money Manager (the website at wallet.ahsandevhub.com and the Money Manager Android app) is provided by AhsanDevHub, Bangladesh. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Money Manager is a personal record-keeping tool. It helps you write down and organise your income, expenses, budgets, bills, loans and savings.

It is not a bank, wallet or payment service. It does not hold, send or receive money, and it does not connect to your bank or mobile-wallet accounts. Nothing in the app is financial, tax or legal advice. Figures such as balances, budget progress and “safe to spend” are calculated from what you enter and are only as accurate as those entries.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Money Manager. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
• Use a real email address you can access. We send reminders and important account notices there.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account, so tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
• One person per account. Don’t share your login with others.

Money Manager is free. Full access unlocks after you share our post publicly on your own Facebook profile and give us the link to your share.

We check from time to time that the share is still public. If it is deleted, made private or can’t be reached, access is paused until you share again, and we will tell you by email. Your records are kept safe while access is paused.

You are responsible for following Facebook’s own terms when you share. We may change how free access works in the future. If we do, we will tell you in advance and it won’t remove access to records you have already entered.

You own the records, notes and files you add. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run the app for you, including syncing them between your devices and sending the reminders you set up.

You are responsible for what you enter. Only add other people’s names or email addresses if you have a genuine reason to, and only send loan reminders to people who actually owe you.

Please don’t:

• use the app for anything illegal, fraudulent or to hide the proceeds of crime;
• use loan reminders or other features to harass, threaten or spam anyone;
• upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or that you don’t have the right to share;
• try to access other people’s data, get around security or the free-access check, or disrupt the service;
• scrape, overload or attack the app, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

The Android app is distributed as an APK from our website. Only install it from wallet.ahsandevhub.com — copies from elsewhere may be modified and unsafe. Keep the app updated so you get fixes and improvements.

We work to keep Money Manager running and your data safe, but we can’t promise the app will always be available, error-free, or that sync will never be delayed. We may add, change or remove features over time. We recommend exporting your data from Reports from time to time to keep your own copy.

Money Manager is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, AhsanDevHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for financial decisions you make based on what the app shows. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using Money Manager at any time. To delete your account and data, email hello@ahsandevhub.com (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Bangladesh. We would always rather solve a problem with you directly first, so please get in touch.

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the updated terms.
